The Loft Switchblade 2009
The Switchblade is The Loft´s new two-cam slalom design, power-packed for top-end performance in less-than ideal conditions. High luff-elasticity provides enormous wind range. Effective downhaul trim range over 5cm switches this totally new design from a light wind powerhouse- to high-wind race performance.
The Switchblade is targeted at performance light wind/upwind, slalom, wide boards & raceboards (with centerboard).
- Switchblade cams can be switched for rigging on rdm or sdm masts.
- Four roller cams packed with each Switchblade (two RDM, two SDM).
- Equipped with Loft metallic cam interfaces.
- Loft exclusive 3-d mast pocket construction (surf it)
- The Loft integrated panel construction with kevlar head patches.
- Duraluff mast pocket material.
- 80% Xply content, stepped x-ply application.
- Loft Rocket batten tensioners.
